JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- " (a) For a direction upon the Respondents to grant Samman pension under J.P. Samman

Patna High Court CWJC No.4830 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2022 2/2 Yojna Scheme to the petitioners who are entitled to the same under the provisions of the said Scheme with effect from the date of application.

(b) For a direction to the Respondents to pay arrears of Samman Pension to the petitioners which has not been paid to the petitioners despite being recommended for the same by Three-Men Committee along with penal interest."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Secretary, Advisory Council, J.P. Samman Pension Scheme, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
