The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 387, 324, 326, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the informant received the informant through Telephone that his brother is being assaulted. It is alleged that the brother of the informant was being dragged by the petitioner and other accused persons, thereafter wife of Ram Bachan Singh brought acid and threw on the brother of the informant, as a result he received injury.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury report reflects only acid burn

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33972 of 2014 (2) dt.27-03-2015 injury. It is submitted that for the occurrence of 05.04.2013 the First Information Report was lodged on 07.04.2013, whereas the petitioner lodge Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014 on 06.04.2014 against the informant side.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 80 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
