The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Section 30(A) & 35 (A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 183 litres of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2017. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that 183 litres of foreign wine is said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of section 100 of the Cr.P.C.
