On 23.06.2023, an order granting anticipatory bail was passed in this case but, while going through the order before signing it, it came to notice that there is discrepancy in the P.S. Case Number, which is incorrectly mentioned in several papers of the record, including the fardbeyan, impugned order, prayer portion of the bail application. Accordingly, the same needs to be verified and as such, the order passed on 23.06.2023, which was not uploaded, stands recalled.

On such observation of the Court, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18356 of 2023(3) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty that if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, learned Court below shall pass the order on the same day in accordance with law, considering the fact that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court.
