2. Considering the aforesaid, there is no occasion to entertain the present second prayer of regular bail after rejection of first prayer through Cr. Misc. No.68129 of 2024 dated 17.01.2025.

2. It is pointed out by learned counsel that petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2022.

3. Taking note of custody period, learned trial court is directed to dispose the case at its earliest. As delay is not on the part of State machinery, it is not a case of violation of fundamental right qua speedy trial as available
