ANSARI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-07-2016 Heard Mr. Amit Kumar Rakesh, learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and Mr. Sunil Kumar Mandal, learned Standing Counsel No.24, appearing on behalf of the Staterespondents. Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and materials on record and upon hearing the parties, it is hereby directed that respondent No.5, namely, Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, at Hajipur, shall enquire into the grievances raised in

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.501 of 2016 dt.04-07-2016 2/2 the writ petition, do the needful in accordance with law and complete the investigation of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.891 of 2014 expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months, ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and necessary security of the petitioner is taken care of.

Let a copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, at Hajipur, and Officer-in-Charge, Hajipur Town Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
