JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Marauna PS case no. 124 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioners is assaulting the informant and others.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case is a case related to case and counter case and the injuries suffered by the informant and others are simple in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to release the petitioner immediately upon completion of six months in custody.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53263 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on completion of six months in custody w.e.f. 12.07.2017 subject to such other conditions as may be imposed by the learned trial court.
