The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 38(i) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and the petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery.
