ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/302/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, save and except, the confessional statement made by one co-accused who has dragged the name of the present petitioner in connection with the present case. The deceased died in a road accident for which a road accident case has also been registered.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got a clean antecedent,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52198 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge X Cum A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Patrakar Nagar (Patna) P.S. Case No. 276 of 2017.
