Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2018 in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the occurrence is said to be of 03.11.2017 whereas the F.I.R. has been lodged on 06.11.2017 after lapse of three days without explaining the plausible delay. Moreover, the victim girl is major and her age has been assessed as 18 years. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last two months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
