1. The present writ application has been filed for a direction commanding the respondents authorities specially Officer-in-charge, Ramkrishna Nagar Police Station, Patna to lodge F.I.R. pursuant to a written complaint filed by the brother of the petitioner at Annexure-1 of this writ application on 13/07/2020.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite having submitted written report before the Police disclosing commission of cognizable offence, the Police has not

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that several representations and information to Superintendent of Police, Patna and other Police authorities were submitted by the petitioner as well as brother of the petitioner but Police is sitting tight over the matter.

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that written report of the petitioner or his brother is not traceable in the Ramkrishna Nagar Police Station, Patna and if the petitioner / his brother approaches the Police Station and submits a copy of the written report duly signed, the Police will act in accordance with law for registration of the F.I.R.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of dispute, the petitioner or his brother is directed to approach the S.H.O., Ramkrishna Nagar Police Station, Patna within two weeks from today along with copy of the written report and if such a written complaint is submitted by the petitioner or his brother, the S.H.O., Ramkrishna Nagar Police Station, Patna shall be obliged to act in accordance with law for

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ application is disposed of.
