JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 242 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30 (d), of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was arrested on the disclosure of his name by co-accused. Learned counsel submits that in the instant case co-accused Ram Briksh Yadav and Md. Kaishar have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 29880 of 2018 by order dated 21.05.2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 25173 of 2018 by order dated 26.04.2018 by another co-ordinate bench of this court.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be
