Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 IPC and Sections 30(a),32,36,41(1)(2) of Bihar Excise Act.

750 Ml. of liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner and major recovery is from a godown which was leased out to some other person by the petitioner. Petitioner has has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 02.02.2021.

Considering the nature of material against the petitioner and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27607 of 2021(2) dt.13-07-2021 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Spl. Case No.797/2021 arising out of Bypass Police Station Case No.38 of 2021 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
