JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.186 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) and 30(D) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2018 in connection seizure of 9.75 litres foreign liquor. He further submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has nothing to do with the liquor business, but he has to face the wrath of police, he has been made accused.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than
