Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 32(2), 41(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2020.
