Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 145 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27473 of 2021(3) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner nos. 6 & 7 is of assaulting the victim which has caused serious injuries upon him. Considering the same this application for anticipatory bail of petitioner nos. 6 and 7 namely Aksay Manjhi and Gunnu Manjhi @ Kundan Sada is dismissed.

So far as the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 8 namely Deeplal Manjhi @ Hitlal Manjhi, Mithu Manjhi, Dukha Manjhi, Binda Manjhi and Garib Manjhi are concerned, considering the age of some of them and there is general and omnibus allegation against them, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. case No. 145 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
