Petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 152 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he tried to commit theft of Motorcycle of informant and was apprehended at the spot. On search of the petitioner master key had been recovered from his possession. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 13.04.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
