Patna High Court CWJC No.8411 of 2016 (2) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court with appropriate application or take recourse to the appropriate provisions of law upon decision of the S.L.P. (Civil) No. 29770 of 2015, which is presently pending in the Supreme Court. No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioners.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the application is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if so advised, and/or take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
