JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 12.5.2018, seeks bail in Jehanabad PS Case No. 141 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 379, 337, 504 and 354B of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the petitioner assaulted the informant and others with pieces of brick.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are engaged in selling milk and due to business rivalry he has been implicated in this case, however the allegation is of throwing pieces of bricks, all the injuries are simple in nature except one and one teeth of one of the injured was found broken however the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Tunnu Yadav @ Tunnu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad PS Case No. 141 of 2018.
