Petitioner is accused in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 16 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the seized materials. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.01.2020.
