This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.86 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.11.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.72791 of 2023.

There is recovery of one loaded country made Katta, two pistols and two live cartridges from the house of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2023.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22793 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 against the petitioner and also his period of custody, which is from 08.08.2023, this application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Kudra P.S.
