In my opinion, in view of the discretion vested in the election authorities under Rule 26 of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Rules 2006 framed under the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006, no cause for interference with the situs of a polling booth is required unless it is found to be in violation of the statutory guidelines which is not the case in hand.
