JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phenhara P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 188, 272, 273, 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A), of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with 12 liters toddy. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and other co-accused namely, Raju Chaudhary has been allowed bail by the another co-ordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 38275 of 2018 vide order dated 02.07.2018 Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40435 of 2018(2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Phenhara P.S.
