07.01.2015 The Petitioner is not present here on account of illness. However, his Counsel submits that he is still ready to settle the dispute.

However, on the submission of the parties, I do not think that it is possible to arrive at any settlement at this stage. Hence, considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.01.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 11 of 2013 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.

The amount of Rs. 750/- shall be increased to Rs. 2,500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundred) from henceforth in view of the fact that there are four children out of the marriage. The Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
