====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 28.7.2017, seeks bail in Arwal PS Case No. 60 of 2016, S.Tr. No. 427 of 2017/147 of 2017 registered under Section 395 of the IPC.

The allegation is of committing dacoity by unknown miscreants and looting truck of the informant. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that only material transpired against the petitioner is disclosure of his name in the confessional statement of Kamlesh Paswan and Ranjit Yadav, however no incriminating material was recovered from his possession, he was not put on TIP, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and similarly situated co-accused Bindu @ Bauna @ Bindu Yadfav has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 4796 of 2018 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Lalan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal PS Case No. 60 of 2016, S.Tr.
