JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.345 of 2018, G.R. No.3269 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation as per F.I.R. against the petitioner is of recovery of a pistol and four cartridges from the possession of the petitioner and he is an accused in one more case. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody for more than seven months and the charge sheet has already been submitted as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.24940 of 2019(3) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.345 of 2018, G.R. No.3269 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
