Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 328/304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.1 is Devar, petitioner No.2 is mother-in-law and petitioner No.3 is married sister-in-law of the deceased and they are separate from the deceased in mess and property. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners and thrust of accusation is against the husband of deceased who is in custody.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17536 of 2022(5) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Darauli PS case No. 124/2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
