The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No.234 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and other co-accused persons abused and assaulted the informant by means of lathi causing injury on his head. When Budhdev Paswan, Uday Paswan and Vinay Paswan came to save the informant, they were also assaulted by the accused persons.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case and she has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that

Some of the injuries are simple in nature and opinion of some injuries are kept reserved. Learned counsel for the petitioner annexed the injury report of one of the co-accused of this present case, namely, Raj Kumar, who has sustained five injuries.
Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Taking into consideration the facts that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides sustained injuries, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Barun P.S. Case No.234 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Sections 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Sanjay/- U T
