2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 344 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners alongwith other accused persons on 24.07.2023 at about 06.00 P.M. entered into the house of the informant and they started abusing in filthy language thereafter started assaulting the informant's husband with rod, lathi-danda and when the informant and her son went to rescue him, the accused persons also beaten them and threatened to kill them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners and both the parties are agnates. Due to some petty disputes, this case has been filed. Both the parties have also compromised. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 344 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
