2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on refusal to share pension money, it is alleged that this petitioner, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, assaulted informant and others. Petitioner is none else than own son of informant. Doctor has found the injuries, sustained by the injured, to be grievous in nature. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.
