JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders directing the respondents to restrain the respondents no.6 and 7 who are trying to construct house in the land bearing Khata No.190, Khesra No.1592, Area 10 decimal, Mauza -Daniyawan, Thana No.108. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
