Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. He is named in the First Information Report as the one who assaulted the injured with an iron road. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation does not appear to be true as from the Injury Report of the injured he has suffered only simple injury. It is further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties.
Let the petitioner, named above,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33591 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 131/2014, G.R. No. 1267 of 2014, which should be considered in accordance with law, preferably on the same day, in the light of the materials available in the case diary as also nature of the injury.
