JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that a stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2018. He has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid including the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37685 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 P2/ satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Agam Kuan P.S. Case No.109 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
