Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 776 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15911 of 2023. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the

No.22722 of 2023(2) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 776 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
