JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 The petitioner apprehends arrest in relation to Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 31 of 2010, instituted under sections 419, 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention to the allegations in the F.I.R. with regard to theft of money and embezzlement thereof. He submits that the petitioner is not the custodian of money. It was the Branch Manager, who was the custodian of money. It was in course of audit the discrepancy was discovered, and only to wriggle out, the present F.I.R. has been lodged.

No.33515 of 2014 (3) dt.12-03-2015 2 / 2 Be that as it may, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, petitioner Pramod Kumar , shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Gorasahan P.S. Case No. 31 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
