JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,324,341,307,379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons variously armed came and made assault to the husband of the informant. Specific accusation of assault to the husband of the informant is against co accused Rameshwar Sah. It is further alleged that when the informant went to rescue while her husband was being assaulted, the petitioner and Meera Devi snatched the gold chain and ear ring of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26852 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 that the postmortem report reflects only one injury which is attributed to co accused Rameshwar Sao and since she is wife of one of the co accused, she has been roped in the present case. Considering the fact that specific accusation of assault is against co accused Rameshwar Sao and the petitioner is lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
