The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 1040 of 2018 dated 27.12.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Mr. Raju Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail.
