The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. On a secret information, a raid was conducted at Madarsa and on search, four country-made katta alongwith three live cartridges and five misfire cartridges were recovered in a bag, which was kept beneath the sack of straw. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as per F.I.R. itself, petitioner is informer, but he has been falsely implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and he is in custody since 20.02.2022. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
