JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-05-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioner is accused in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 120 bottles each containing 375 ml Indian made foreign liquor in paddy straw near the bathroom situated in the field of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.12.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15071 of 2020(2) dt.14-05-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge (Excise), Khagaria, in connection with Pasraha P.S.
