The present petition has been filed seeking restoration of a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 642 of 2019, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 20.02.2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of the petitioner being not able to obtain the application form in question, the same could not be brought on record, however, the petitioner undertakes to comply with the peremptory order dated 20.02.2020, within a period of two weeks from today.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court MJC No.993 of 2021(2) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 case, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 642 of 2019 to its original file, subject to compliance of the peremptory order dated 20.02.2020, within a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that in case, the peremptory order dated 20.02.2022 is not complied with, within a period of two weeks from today, no further restoration application shall be entertained and the writ petition shall not be restored at any cost. The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
