2. The present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 214 of 2013 filed by the opposite party from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed by the opposite party in Court today stating that the petitioner has sought withdrawal of the said Matrimonial Case No. 214 of 2013. The learned Court below vide its order dated 16.08.2017 has granted permission for withdrawal of the said matrimonial case subject to the condition that the interim maintenance fixed by it in terms of order dated 21.10.2013 would be paid by the opposite party.
