Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 268 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 324, 448, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 who is serving in C.R.P.F. and petitioner no. 2 is serving in Indian Army are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the First Information Report has been lodged after 10 days of the alleged occurrence without any explanation for the delay. It is

Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIV, Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S.
