The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Excise Act.
The police raided a place situated on the bank of a river but nobody was arrested. The Dafadar and Chowkidar disclosed the names of the petitioners and stated that the petitioners managed to flee away.
It is submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners have never involved in such activities and they have falsely been implicated in this case.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25431 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 Nothing was recovered from the possession of petitioners or their house.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
