2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2024 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 109(1), 352, 351(3) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. For a trivial dispute, the occurrence has taken place between the women. The petitioner is said to have caused simple injury.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

5. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16207 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS.
