2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 385, 379, 120(B), 504 and 506 of I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons called the father of the informant and assaulted him variously with fire arms etc., 6 injuries have been found on the body of the victim. The assailants of the deceased are Ravindera Mandal and Hariom Mandal.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that there is general and

Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 0312.2025. Learned counsel lastly submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc Nos. 45741/2024, 48678/2024 and 60477/2024 vide orders dated 03.07.2024, 04.10.2024 and 04.09.2024. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria /concerned Court below in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 46/2024.
8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the Trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19788 of 2026(2) dt.29-04-2026 3/3 of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
