Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner allegedly confessed before the police that he had purchased a stolen motorcycle. Said motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.07.2018. Considering the entire facts especially the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
