2. The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2017 in connection with Naugachhiya Rail P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017, G.R.(R) No. 108 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of a mobile phone belonging to the informant's wife which was said to have been stolen by some unknown persons.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged and recovery of the mobile phone from the possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/BT U T
