JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent to make selection of the petitioner on the post of Block Teacher in place of respondent no.6 and direction may be given to cancel the appointment of respondent no.6 from the post of Block Teacher, who has obtained lesser marks i.e. 46% than the petitioner, who having 51% marks in D.P. Ed. Examination.

The petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Nalanda within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law.
