JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,149,307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code, section 3 of Explosive Substances Act and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that during patrolling some suspected miscreants were chased when accused persons used explosive substances and resorted to firing but no injury was caused. The petitioner was the only person to be identified though others escaped from the scene.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been roped in the present case only on the basis of suspicion and the miscreants were of the age group of 25 to 35

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33939 of 2014 (2) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 years whereas petitioner is aged 19 years.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Kotwali P.S.
