Petitioners are in custody in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they were arrested in connection with seizure of 30 liters of liquor from the dickey of Swift Dzire car which do not belong to these petitioners. Learned counsel submits that recovery was made from Swift Dzire car car of Rakesh Kumar Yadav and Manoj Yadav. Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal

No.39890 of 2018(2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 antecedent and they have remained in custody since 25.5.2018, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail after 25.7.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018.
